We offer a variety of matcha including multiple blends for you to select for your drink, traditional matcha and our signature series.
No, our matcha is not sweet, and we do not add any sweetness to our matcha by default. You can control the sweetness yourself at the time of ordering, and we will sweeten the drink with our house made black sugar syrup.
Please note some drinks from our signature series do have default sweetness - which we still aim to be subtle as standard - such as Earl Grey Matcha, Strawberry Matcha, etc.

Yes, whilst our menu is cold and iced by default, many items can be made hot at 65 degrees should you request it. We also offer Usucha (traditional matcha).
No, we specialise in matcha only. The reason for this is we want to focus as much as we can on the matcha being prepared, and we also believe there are many good quality coffee shops near our location already.
Yes, we have almond milk, and oat milk available as substitutes for dairy milk. We recommend oat milk, as we have found it pairs well with the matcha to create a more integrated mouthfeel experience.
We can also prepare our matcha with water (clear) or coconut water.
The average wait time for drinks is 5-10 minutes, even during peak times. If the wait time exceeds this, we will mention this at the time counter before you place your order.
Yes, we offer a limited supply of retail matcha, and are trying our best to keep it stocked up with a good variety and a range of price points to satisfy all needs.
We have a range of matcha to offer that can suit different tastes. A good starting point would be out Coconut Matcha Foam - it is not too sweet and refreshing and is a good entry level matcha.
We can also recommend a standard iced matcha latte, made on any matcha blend of your choice, and you can control the sweetness.

The level of volume when we opened was much larger than expected, and unfortunately we had to postpone our cakes and other dessert items - as we wanted to prepare this ourselves in-house. We will slowly introduce these items one at a time and will announce on our social media and update our website.
Unfortunately we have also felt the heat ourselves working hard behind the counter. As we are in the office building, we have a communal ducted air conditioning system - but for whatever reason it is not working for our section properly. We flagged it with our landlord and are working to find the solutions as soon as possible. Whilst that is being worked on, we have installed fans to help keep the shop comfortable for all our customers and staff.
